Recovering My Voice: Qualifications to Serve
As I walked around my neighborhood I continued to think about how I (and my community) can best serve Washington Heights. It is fitting on this day that I read the following quote:
“You don’t have to have a college degree to serve. You don’t have to make your subject and your verb agree to serve….
